What in your life is calling you,
When all the noise is silenced,
The meetings adjourned,
The lists laid aside,
And the wild iris blooms
By itself
In the dark forest…
What still pulls on your soul?

— Rumi

In a world where we are taught to ignore, override, and forget, I want to help clients remember how to listen to all parts of themselves. I believe that our wounds are not ours alone, and that when we heal it benefits more than ourselves.

My clients describe me as warm, grounding, and insightful. I am lucky to work with individuals facing a wide range of experiences. I find that my style often works for highly anxious folks working on nervous system regulation and attachment wounds. I love working with couples, helping  them to understand how their communication, defenses, and personal history are affecting their relationships. And supporting  them to build the awareness and tools to develop the safety and intimacy they seek.

I was invited into this work through a number of personal initiations. These include deep personal loss, recovery from chronic illness, parenthood, long term partnership, and growing up with divorced parents.  I identify as a white, cis, temporarily able-bodied woman. I rely on my lived experience to guide us on our journey together, and I welcome different life experiences. I am welcoming of diverse and intersectional identities including BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, and Polyamorous communities.

I hold an MA in Integral Counseling Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies and obtained my BA in Development Studies from Brown University.
